At Baller Athletik, we pride ourselves on delivering performance, style, and comfort through our products. All the shipping for Returns & Exchanges will be taken care of by us. If for any reason, you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please familiarize yourself with our return and refund policy outlined below.

You may return or exchange the Product in an unworn condition with the packaging intact not later than seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the order if the Product does not fit you or for any other reason that you may describe while making a request for a return of the Product.

We try our best to pick up the product to be returned via our courier partners. In case we aren't able to find a courier partner which will be picked up from your location, then we request you to self ship the product to the original shipping address via a courier partner of your choice. We reimburse upto Rs. 100 as the courier charges (on Exchange only). We recommend using Delhivery to ship your product. Please email us the courier receipt, once you ship the package.

If the product is returned after seven (7) days, which is Baller Athletik’s standard return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, we will be unable to honour a refund for the merchandise and the decision of Baller Atheltik shall be final. No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the Product.

You will receive a confirmation as soon as the Product is received, and your payment will be processed within seven (7) business days of receipt of the returned package. 

Returns and Refund Policy (International)

Our products can be returned within 7 days on receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product is in its original tags and packaging
  • The product is not used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

** Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

When exchanging your purchased product, please co-operate with the Courier service provider instructed to collect your exchange item.

We’re unable to make any changes to your order once It has been shipped, this includes the following:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Delivery/billing address
  • Adding items to your order
  • Shipping method


Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from our warehouse. In case we provide a damaged/wrong product or wrong size from what was ordered, we will bear the shipping expenses for the replacement. All shipments processed via Cash on Delivery will be charged at Rs. 100 per order; Cash on Delivery orders are only acceptable in India.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team; it may result in a slower resolution time. Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action a refund, credit or replacement.

Once we have received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified instantly.


Gift cards
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded once shipped out.
Special offers only applicable to bulk orders

Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 15 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Customs & Import Fees
As all orders are currently shipped from India; you may be subject to additional import/customs fees upon delivery.

Refusing to Pay Customs
If you choose to refuse the import/customs fees and the parcel is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
